Getting Motivated

I took a week off from lifting at the end of January. Thought it would be a good break and it conicidened with a vacation. Ever since getting back, it is hard to lift.
I used to get up at 6 or 6:30 in the morning and lift, now I can’t seem to get out of bed. I’m still managing to get my workouts in in the afternoon, but need to get back on track with the mornings. The whole day just seems better when I do!

I have a week off coming up later down the line and I can see how getting back into the routine can be tough. I plan on tackling that by getting up at the same time and do something else to stay in the routine. It takes time for something to become a routine and 2 seconds to break that routine. That sucks but it is the truth. Get back into it and you will be cruising again in no time. Good luck!
