Little Injuries

Small injuries just keep adding up. An ankle, a wrist, neck, just little stuff. So far I have decided to keep going forward with my workouts as long as form doesn’t suffer. I just wonder how long these things will take to heal if I wait on resting them.
Oh well, time will tell.

Be careful….let your body be your guide…you don’t want your injuries to turn into something serious. Just remember, slow and steady wins the race!
Look around the gym - so many guys have their elbows, knees, wrists, brain - wrapped. Are they smart or dumb. The Physical Therapist had me wear a compression bandage as I did certain exercises - 6 months to stop feeling pain.
No advice - as BBM said - let your body be your guide.
