I feel right on track with my weight loss this time. I stalled last time I did TNT and that’s why I tried the Abs Diet. Now I’m down past my stall out point. It feels good to be making progress and is in itself motivating.

Kids tricked me into a buffet tonight. I didn’t stay on plan, but didn’t lose control like I used to do either. You have to live a little, right?

Abs Diet

Quick catchup. Doing TNT for 6 months I lost about 10 pounds. I’m down to my final 10 to 15 to lose so I was perpared for the weight lose to slow down.Doing the TNT diet in November and December, I lost nothing. That’s right 0.

I decided to change things up for the new year and try the Abs Diet. Long story short, I’ve put 10 pounds back on and am NOT happy about it. I don’t know what my issue is on Abs. Eating too much…I only ate till I felt full. Eating the wrong kinds of carbs…whole grains, fruit, and milk. Not eating enough…I’m afraid I’ll balloon up if I eat much more with these results.

We did have a vacation in there, but I put the bulk of this extra on after we got back. In fact, this last week.

I know I’m putting on some muscle, but my jeans are fitting tighter that I would like them too. Time to take a step back and decide; 1)Back to TNT; 2)Re-tool my Abs Diet and count calories and macro nutrients to see what issues I’ve got.
